She is an active board member and philanthropist dedicated to diversity, mental health and education.

David Jacobs is a senior executive with extensive Business Development, Investment Banking and Management experience. Proven track record of acquiring, financing, and operating businesses at all stages of development, including Start-Ups, Small and Medium-size businesses, Turnarounds and Distressed/Bankruptcy Situations. Broad industry experience derived from investment banking background provides a framework for quickly analyzing and understanding businesses across a wide spectrum of industries. Extensive track record of consummating financing, M&A, partnership and other transactions of all types and sizes.

Stuart Kerr is a seasoned software executive with 30 years of software experience including enterprise, appliance and Saas companies. He has held operating roles in eight software firms. Of those firms, he helped take two of them public and achieved valuations of over $2 Billion. In addition there were five total exits. Most recently, Stuart was the SVP of an IOT firm called Fleetmatics. Fleetmatics went public in 2012 and was acquired by Verizon for $2.5B to be the centerpiece of Verizon’s connected car program. Stuart is currently an advisor for Sumeru Equity Partners and serves on the board of two software firms: Azuga Telematics and 3Gtms and Stuart also provides strategic consulting. Stuart held early stints at Oracle, NeXT, and Apple.

Ken Kulaga is a Senior Financial/Operational Executive, with more than 20 years of senior operational/financial leadership experience in translating business issues into risk mitigating actions by building internal controls, implementing corporate business strategies and optimizing profitability options for organizations ranging from small privately-held equity companies to ‘Fortune 50’ corporations.

Mia Mulrennan, PsyD is a global CHRO, CXO and organizational psychologist who is an award-winning speaker and thought leader in the psychology of leadership and ethics, company culture, and employee and customer experience. As CEO for Rave-Worthy Consulting LLC, Mia advises clients including Fortune 500 retail and global hospitality companies. She is the creator of an assessment survey for onboarding and developing customer-centric talent. She is Chief Talent Officer (CHRO) for Washington, D.C. and Maryland-based Star Restaurant Group. And earlier in her career, she was Chief Talent Officer (CHRO) for Edmentum EdTech, and CHRO for Sun Country Airlines, and was a Senior Consultant for consulting firm PDI/Korn Ferry.

Zeek Ojeh is an accomplished financial expert with over thirty years of “C” Level leadership experience in all aspects of private and government sector management. He has over 20 years of board governance experience as an independent director. In 2018, he joined the board of Arizona’s third largest bank – The Arizona Federal Credit Union. In 2010 and 2012, Arizona Governor nominated and the Legislature interviewed and confirmed Mr. Ojeh to serve on two separate state-wide boards – the Arizona Finance Housing Authority (AzFHA), and the Manufactured Housing Board. In 2009, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) appointed Mr. Ojeh to serve as an impartial arbitrator.

Amish Patel is an experienced business and digital transformation executive who has led revenue generating organizations such as IBM. He has enabled his clients to reimagine their business, increase revenue & operational efficiency, improve omni-channel customer experience and LTV in a fast-moving data-driven phygital environment enabled by industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, Cloud, Blockchain, AI-ML, Blockchain, Augmented & Virtual Reality including programmable Avatars, Robotics & Automation).

Andrew Ritenberry is a professional investor and finance executive with a history of out-performance over multiple cycles. Transferable skills are particularly well suited to strategic finance & CFO roles. Known for long-term focus, attention to detail, accountability and independent thought. Recognized for deep industry knowledge, financial modeling, strong collaboration and idea generation.

Curtis Stephens is a seasoned executive who takes an imaginative and venturesome vision and makes it reality through both collaboration and sound strategy development. Currently he is the Chief Operating Officer of United Network for Collegiate Pantry Sharing, Inc, a company that provides short-term food relief for those experiencing food insecurities enrolled as a student at universities and colleges within the United States. He is a former Managing Director of a full-service sports & entertainment enterprise that specialized in both contract negotiation and venture management for Professional Athletes in the National Football League, where he served from September 1997 until October 2017. He has previously served privately-held and publicly listed companies in a range of leadership capacities in field, headquarters and corporate global assignments, where he has developed broad and varied business acumen in negotiations, due-diligence, financial and operations stewardship, crisis management, corporate governance, internal growth strategies, risk and external growth strategies, and organizing business resources to optimize value creation for the company.
